Press REP

The Rep V19 press, available as V19E (26 tons) or V19H (40 tons), contributes significantly to the rubber making process. With the Rep V19 press, we are able to compress and form rubber materials into precise shapes according to specifications and quality standards. This versatile machine can be configured to use different types of rubber and make a wide variety of components, from gaskets to cushioning parts or other rubber products with exceptional precision. 

Rubber profiling line

Our rubber profiling line is a state-of-the-art solution for the production of rubber profiles. With an impressive 8 meter long vulcanizing tunnel, this system is designed to produce profiles with a maximum width of 95 mm. The main components of our line, the vacuum extruder type EEK 45.16 V - 12/70 and the hot air vulcanizing tunnel type RC-HLT 60/8 EL, are customized to perfectly fit our production process. This hot air profiling line is an investment in performance and efficiency.

Press Workshop

The press shop is one of the main workshops where expertise and technology come together to make high-quality rubber products efficiently and consistently. Here, precisely controlled pressure and the right temperature are used to mold and shape materials into essential components for a variety of industries. Whether it's complex seals for the automotive industry, specialized sleeves for industrial equipment, or any other custom rubber product, each press is meticulously calibrated and maintained to ensure the precision, durability, and quality required.

CNC cutting machine

The CNC cutting table with its generous dimensions and advanced technical specifications is the ideal solution for cutting and machining operations in rubber production. With a variety of tools such as pneumatic knives, oscillating knives and technologies such as CCD positioning, this table enables precise processing of rubber materials. Its ability to handle various materials including rubber, cardboard, PVC, and more makes it essential in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our rubber products are made with precision and quality.

PolyJet 3D printer

PolyJet 3D printing technology, through the use of photopolymers and ultraviolet light, offers significant support in the production of rubber articles. This enables the creation of realistic rubber models and prototypes with complex and detailed shapes. The ability to mix multiple materials and colors in a single part enables the accurate simulation of different rubber types and specific textures, helping to develop and test rubber products in an efficient and realistic way.

Here, our rubber materials undergo a meticulous machining process, resulting in components that meet the highest quality standards. The machine shop is home to an array of state-of-the-art machinery, each dedicated to adding extra quality and durability to our products.
