1. What is the minimum quantity for an order to go into production, for profiled products?

Minimum orders are between 30 and 50 linear meters depending on profile size.

2. How is the price of a cheder calculated?

The price is primarily influenced by the grammage and the type of rubber used. In addition to the price of the cheder per meter, manufacturing preparation is added.

3. What is manufacturing readiness?

Manufacturing preparation refers to the design and manufacture of the moulds, dies, dies or other devices used to produce the finished product.

4. What is involved in making a compression mold?

For the realization of any new product there are several steps: measuring the model part, making the 3D prototype and technical specifications, calculating the shrinkage coefficients depending on the type of rubber or silicone used, making the mold drawings, making the actual mold by die cutting on lathe or coordinate machine, finishing and further treatments.

5. What is involved in profiling?

For the realization of the profiled cheeks by the meter, a metal thread and, if necessary, a core with the required product profile, correctly sized according to the deformation characteristic of the rubber, is made.

6. About 3D printed prototype

The 3D prototype is made at an early stage of the project to reduce the cost of molds or profiling dies. It is made from a rubber-like photopolymer.

7. Can I find a product in stock?
