Rubber grooved seals are sealing elements with special grooves or sections, designed to ensure stable fastening and effective sealing in industrial applications. The shape of the grooves allows for better pressure distribution and optimal adaptation to contact surfaces.
These gaskets are used in applications where a secure connection between mechanical components, vibration resistance, and positional stability during operation are required. The profile configuration and material selection are determined based on technical requirements and working conditions.

pneumatic/hydraulic seals. The main characteristics include, on the one hand, the geometry (these seals can be symmetrical or asymmetrical) and, on the other hand, the shape and the way in which the lips achieve the seal. While garniturile symmetrical seals can be used for both piston/cylinder sealing and piston rod sealing, asymmetrical seals are only used in the latter case. Their operation is based on the fact that the lips are pressed against the sealing surface, creating a linear force along the circumference.
A mixture of rubber of various qualities and hardnesses, resistant to petroleum products (hydraulic oil, transformer oil, mineral oils, thick greases, water-oil emulsions, diesel oil, etc.) with good gas impermeability.
